I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 20 cities
  • Increased in 45 cities
  • 5 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.5% (Shenzhen,Wuxi)
  • The highest increase was 1.7% (Sanya)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 4 cities
  • Increased in 66 cities
  • 0 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 2.3% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 44.0% (Hefei)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 8 cities

  • The biggest decline was down by 2.7% (Urumqi, Jinzhou)
