October 2016 updated RESIDENTIAL sales prices for 70 medium and large-sized cities in China.

I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 7 cities
  • Increased in 62 cities
  • 1 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.8% (Chengdu)
  • The highest increase was 4.9% (Wuxi)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 5 cities
  • Increased in 65 cities
  • 0 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.9% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 48.6% (Hefei)

​​II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Decreased in 10 cities
  • Increased in 55 cities
  • 5 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.6% (Shenzhen)
  • The highest increase was 3.1% (zhengzhou)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 10 cities
  • Increased in 59 cities
  • 1 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.6% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 51.9% (Hefei)
