November​ 2016 updated RESIDENTIAL sales prices for 70 medium and large-sized cities in China.

I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 10 cities
  • Increased in 56 cities
  • 4 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.3% (Shenzhen)
  • The highest increase was 1.9% (Yangzhou, Shaoguan)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 5 cities
  • Increased in 65 cities
  • 0 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.3% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 47.4% (Hefei)

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Decreased in 17 cities
  • Increased in 47 cities
  • 6 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.6% (Shijiazhuang)
  • The highest increase was 1.8% (Nanjing)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 9 cities
  • Increased in 61 cities
  • 0 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.5% (Urumqi)
  • The highest increase was 50.4% (Hefei)
