Sales Prices of Residential Buildings in 70 Medium and Large-sized Cities in October 2017

I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 14 cities
  • Increased in 50 cities
  • 6 cities remained at the same level
  • (Hangzhou, Hefei, Fuzhou, Haikou, Xining, Dandong)
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.6% (Bengbu)
  • The highest increase was 1.7% (Harbin)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 10 cities
  • Increased in 60 cities
  • 0 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.3% (Shenzhen)
  • The highest increase was 14.4% (Beihai)

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Decreased in 20 cities
  • Increased in 47 cities
  • 3 cities remained at the same level (Lanzhou, Jiujiang, Xiangfan)
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.5% (Beijing, Zhengzhou, Haikou)
  • The highest increase was 1% (Urumqi)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 5 cities
  • Increased in 64 cities
  • 1 cities remained at the same level (Yinchuan)
  • The biggest decline was down by 2% (Hefei)
  • The highest increase was 14.3% (Changsha)
