I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 17 cities
  • Increased in 44 cities
  • 9 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.8% (Quanzhou)
  • The highest increase was 0.9% (Anqing)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 2 cities
  • Increased in 67 cities
  • 1 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.7% (Shenzhen)
  • The highest increase was 14.1% (Beihai)

  • Increased in 49 cities

  • The biggest decline was down by 0.6% (Beijing)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 5 cities

  • The biggest decline was down by 1% (Shijiazhuang, Shenzhen)
