• Increased in 60 cities
• 4 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.8% (Sanya)
• The highest increase was 2.3% (Luoyang)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 0 cities
• Increased in 70 cities
• 0 cities remained at the same level.
• The highest increase was 22.8% (Wuxi)

• The biggest decline was down by 1.1% (Beijing)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 3 cities
• Increased in 66 cities
• 1 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 1.0% (Jinzhou)
• The highest increase was 24.6% (Wuxi)
