A Ready-to-Drink Water Dispenser in the Street.
Ready-to-drink water dispensers are convenient infrastructure for the public.

Recently, there are some ready-to-drink water dispensers appearing in the street of Hangzhou, but people use them to wash hands, face or cups.

Some even throw rubbish in the sink while others are afraid that the water is not clean enough to drink.

The government states that the water is complied with the national standard, advocating that people should treasure the water.

Agree that water dispensers are an excellent item of public infrastructure. Appears the 'Public' don't trust them. After the powdered milk fiasco who can blame then? Perhaps a televised clip of the mayor drinking from the fountain would be the first step, both on TV and posters. Seems this would be in line with President Xi's directives.
