Puyang, Henan Province
Located in Puyang, approximately 13,000 ha of pasture will be planted on the sand bank of yellow river. This area will be the first big pastural and agricultural ecologic system in China, which is good for the conservation of water and soil.

The sand bank is a flooding area, which seriously constrains the economy development in Puyang.

The purpose of planting this grassland is to breed sheep, as well as developing grassland tourism, catering and other project. In this way, local farmers can be released from the traditional farming and gain more professional skills from new industries.
