BWPI is pleased to announce the publication of the article Affordable Housing in Urban Centres Essential to Cities in the Magazine of Urbanization, May 2016 edition, which is focused on social problems related to immigrants from rural to urban areas.
 
With real estate prices at record levels and purchase costs compared to peoples’ income making China's housing unaffordable to the majority, both to buy or rent, the discussion focusing on how to create more affordable housing for all income levels of the population is essential. Housing affordability is an acute problem in many cities. It is a multi-faceted issue that requires an integrated approach at many levels in order to adequately address the complexity.
