Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong Client: Power Concept Properties Limited Obtaining planning approvals, undertaking the detail design and supervising installation of greening solutions to exterior facades, decks and parapets for the adaptive re-use of a 24 floor industrial tower. Particular constraints were imposed by the loading limitations of the existing floor slabs as well as the need to provide sufficient areas for hotel functions. Vertical greening solutions were devised to maximize green areas along with movable planter boxes on the function deck. |
