Outsiders wanting to buy an apartment in Taiyuan no longer need to provide at least one year’s tax or insurance certificate, according to Taiyuan Housing Management Bureau, 

Details like how many apartments can be purchased by the outsiders haven’t been released yet.

Recently, the house market in China is no longer supported by rocket fuel. 

The central government has not released macro-control managing policy while this is an example of one of the local governments’ micro-control managing method.
