Half-Finished Building Revitalized

Building work has started after fifteen years on a half-finished building located at downtown of Luohu.

The building originally named Jinlihua Commercial Plaza is called ONE 39 which means it has 39 stories and is currently the only project on sale at downtown of Luohu.

More than 1200 sets of business flats ranging from 40 to 80 square meters are going to be promoted in this October, Ms Rong, the sales representative said.

The developers of this project are Longyuan Kaili Hengfeng Real Estate Company and Huaneng Real Estate Company.
