Guangzhou Launches New Affordable Houses

People are interested in buying the affordable houses.

Guangzhou is launching a new group of affordable houses. 

It is the first time that Guangzhou launch new affordable houses since the Guangzhou government stopped constructions and called off applications of the affordable houses last year. 

People can buy an apartment with 3 bedrooms and a sitting room which is around 60 to 70 square meters at about 400,000 yuan.

The price of the affordable houses is 5817.17 per square meters, which is really cheap compared to the average price of the commercial houses. That’s why a lot of people were attracted.
