• Declined in 11 cities
• Increased in 56 cities
• 3 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.3% (Shenzhen)
• The highest increase was 1.3% (Sanya)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 3 cities
• Increased in 67 cities
• 0 cities remained at the same level.
• The biggest decline was down by 2.5% (Jinzhou)
• The highest increase was 40.5% (Hefei)
