• Declined in 9 cities
• Increased in 56 cities
• 5 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.3% (Anqing)
• The highest increase was 1.5% (Beihai)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 0 cities
• Increased in 70 cities
• 0 cities remained at the same level.
• The highest increase was 9.6% (Wuxi)

Month-on-Month price changes: 

• Decreased in 11 cities
• Increased in 54 cities
• 5 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.8% (Beijing)
• The highest increase was 1.4% (Nanning)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 2 cities
• Increased in 67 cities
• 1 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.7% (Jinzhou)
• The highest increase was 24.1% (Wuxi)
