December 2016 updated RESIDENTIAL sales prices for 70 medium and large-sized cities in China.

I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 

• Declined in 18 cities
• Increased in 48 cities
• 4 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.4% (Shenzhen, Dandong)
• The highest increase was 1.2% (Sanya)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 5 cities
• Increased in 65 cities
• 0 cities remained at the same level.
• The biggest decline was down by 2.9% (Jinzhou)
• The highest increase was 46.3% (Hefei)

​​II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings

Month-on-Month price changes: 

• Decreased in 15 cities
• Increased in 46 cities
• 9 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 0.8% (Shijiangzhuang)
• The highest increase was 1.6% (Nanjing)

Year-on-Year price changes:

• Decreased in 9 cities
• Increased in 61 cities
• 0 cities remained at the same level
• The biggest decline was down by 2.6% (Jinzhou)
• The highest increase was 48.9% (Hefei)
