Second ‘Pear River New Town’ to Be Built

The first complex development project is starting construction in Nansha New Area, Guangzhou.

The goal of this project is to develop headquarters economy, high-end commerce, finance and other new industries.

It is the first large infrastructure complex project invested jointly by local government and corporations which will participate in the following stages of industrial planning and urban operating.

“This area will be CBD in Nansha. Part of the area will adopt advanced technology to build underground pipeline, which will exceed Pearl River New Town.” Mr Liu Chengyun from China Communications Construction Company said.
