Wanke months ago released a plan to build residential houses with usable floor area of 15㎡ and construction area of 18㎡. 


The news attracted great attention among the low-income workers in Beijing. 

However, Wanke revised this plan days ago that this plan will be carried out in changping (north gate of Beijing), but instead of residential houses, the 15 ㎡ houses will be built as hotel apartment, not open for sale.
