I. The Sales Price of Newly Constructed Commercial Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Compared with the previous month, among 70 medium and large-sized cities, the sales price of newly constructed commercial residential buildings declined in 66 cities, that of 2 cities (Shenzhen and Ganzhou) increased, and that of 2 cities (Wuhan and Luzhou) remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 0.2 percent, and the lowest was down by 1.3 percent. 

Compared with the same month of last year, the sales price of newly constructed commercial residential buildings decreased in 69 cities, and that of 1 city (Xiamen) remained at the same level. In February, for the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 0 percent, and the lowest was down by 10.8 percent.

II. Sales Price of Second-Hand Residential Buildings

Compared with the previous month, the sales price of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 61 cities, that of 5 cities (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Ganzhou, Luzhou and Nanchong) increased, and that of 4 cities (Shijiazhuang, Nanjing, Wuhan and Jiujiang) remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 0.3 percent, and the lowest was down by 1.2 percent. 

Compared with the same month of last year, the sales price of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 69 cities, and that of 1 city (Shezhen) increased. In February, for the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 1.0 percent, the lowest was down by 14.2 percent.
