I. The Sales Price of Newly Constructed Commercial Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing)

Compared with the previous month, among 70 medium and large-sized cities, the sales price of newly constructed commercial residential buildings declined in 50 cities, that of 12 cities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Nanjing, Xiamen,Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Nanning,Guiyang, and Xuzhou) increased, and that of 8 cities (Shanghai, Fuzhou, Changsha, Haikou, Baotou, Jinzhou, Anqing, Yueyang, and Changde) remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 0.7 percent, and the lowest was down by 0.9 percent. 

Compared with the same month of last year, the sales price of newly constructed commercial residential buildings decreased in all 70 cities. In March, for the price changes year-on-year, the largest decline was 11.2 percent, and the smallest decline was 0.4 percent.

II. Sales Price of Second-Hand Residential Buildings


Compared with the previous month, the sales price of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 48 cities, that of 12 cities (Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hefei, Nanchang, Guangzhou, Shenzhen,Nanning,Guiyang,and Luzhou) increased, and that of 7 cities (Hohhot, Dalian, Fuzhou, Zhengzhou,  Yangzhou, Yichang,and Beihai)   remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 0.9 percent, and the lowest was down by 0.7 percent.

Compared with the same month of last year, the sales price of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 69 cities, and that of 1 city (Shenzhen) increased. In March, for the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 0.4 percent, the lowest was down by 13.5 percent.
