 The Mini-Apartment Model | Futian government is going to launch projects like Mini-Apartment and Vertical Parking Lot in Futian’s urban villages, aimed at improving citizens’ living standard. Firstly, the 35 square meters mini-apartment will be restored and upgraded jointly by corporations and property owners aiming to provide living places that are safe, convenient and low-cost for Shenzhen’s immigrant workers. Secondly, the vertical parking lot is to utilize the central public space ultimately.
