 soufun.com/Image | The average new residential sales price of 100 cities in October is 10,629 yuan/sqm, decreasing 0.4% month on month and 0.52% year on year. According to the latest report released on November 1st by China Index Academy, it is the first time of falling after 22 months of increasing. The report shows that the average housing price of Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Shenzhen rose 2.15% whilst Hangzhou dropped 7.78%, Guangzhou dropped 0.4% year on year.
