Sales Prices of Residential Buildings in 70 Medium and Large-sized Cities in December 2015.

I. The Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Commercial Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing) 
 
Compared with the previous month, among 70 medium and large-sized cities, the sales prices of newly constructed commercial residential buildings declined in 27 cities, that of 39 cities increased, and that of 4 cities remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 3.2% (Shenzhen), and the lowest was down by 0.9% (Dandong). 
 
Compared with the same month of last year, the sales prices of newly constructed commercial residential buildings decreased in 49 cities, and that of 21 cities increased. For the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 47.5% (Shenzhen), and the lowest was down by 5.3% (Dandong).

II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings
 
Compared with the previous month, the sales prices of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 24 cities, that of 37 cities increased, and that of 9 cities remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 3.3% (Shenzhen), and the lowest was down by 0.5% (Xi'an).
 
Compared with the same month of last year, the sales prices of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 34 cities, that of 35 cities increased, and that of 1 city remained at the same level. For the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 42.6% (Shenzhen), the lowest was down by 8.6% (JInzhou).
