HKIUD Urban Design Conference 2016：Betterment of the City

Sir Terry Farrell gave an opening address and keynote speech at the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD) Conference 2016 attended by Mr. Barry Wilson. The theme of this conference was "Betterment of the City".

Betterment of the City is a subject of concern to both the professional and wider community.  Many of the issues and problems were widely recognised but there had been little in terms of focused debate on what needs to be done. 

The conference, exploring both problems and opportunities in a pro-active way, was intended to concentrate on and promote initiatives that could make a difference in terms of improving overall urban quality.
