| An environment-friendly scheme has been launched by the local government and financed by companies based in the Jinqiao District, Shanghai. The scheme is a new initiative to promote low-carbon transport in which residents and workers are allowed to borrow a bike for free once they have earned enough credits for recycling electronic waste.
