Flexible Bar Set up at Road Crossing

Fuzhou traffic police currently put some flexible bars on at some main road crossings. Whenever the red traffic light is on, the flexible bar will be closed so as to stop people and non-power-driven vehicles crossing the road. 

This measure is a new attempt to ensure safe travel, but whether it will be promoted in the whole city or used in the long term depending on the results of trail operation.
