Quality not Quantity Makes Urban Liveability

My latest article in South China Morning Post "Singapore and Vancouver can create liveable cities, where quality of life counts. Why can’t Hong Kong?",  has been published on 21st January, 2019.  

In this article, I discuss the quality of urban livability of Hong Kong with the background of "Hong Kong 2030 Plus" Development Plan which is more fully developed in my previous paper "Land Ahoy" ​which discusses the past, present and future of Hong Kong government's development policy.
