Barry Wilson meets Andrew Lee
27/02/2019
When you go to Kuala Lumpur, a visit to the "City Gallery" is a must! Located at centre of Kuala Lumpur’s heritage enclave, this historic building, formerly the government printing office is a showcase of the past, present and future of the city. Last year I met the well-know Malaysian entrepreneur Andrew Lee, responsible for establishing the City Gallery for a discussion of what has been going on in Kuala Lumpur's urbanisation program. We discussed the massive growth of the city over the last decade and importance of protecting heritage buildings and districts in the face of rapid growth. The interview will be published in March as part of a series I am writing for URBANIZATION MAGAZINE.
