July 2016 updated RESIDENTIAL sales prices for 70 medium and large-sized cities in China.

I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 16 cities
  • Increased in 51 cities
  • 3 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 1.1% (Shaoguan)
  • The highest increase was 4,6% (Xiamen)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 11 cities
  • Increased in 58 cities
  • 1 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.8% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 41.4% (Shenzhen)

​​II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Decreased in 12 cities
  • Increased in 51 cities
  • 7 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.5% (Mudanjiang)
  • The highest increase was 3.2% (Hefei)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 18 cities
  • Increased in 52 cities
  • 0 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 5.3% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 44.1% (Hefei)
