June 2016 updated RESIDENTIAL sales prices for 70 medium and large-sized cities in China.

I. Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Declined in 10 cities
  • Increased in 55 cities
  • 5 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.5% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 4,9% (Hefei)
Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 12 cities
  • Increased in 57 cities
  • 1 cities remained at the same level.
  • The biggest decline was down by 3.5% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 47.4% (Shenzhen)

​​II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings

Month-on-Month price changes: 
  • Decreased in 14 cities
  • Increased in 48 cities
  • 8 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 0.5% (Shaoguan)
  • The highest increase was 4.3% (Xiamen)

Year-on-Year price changes:
  • Decreased in 16 cities
  • Increased in 52 cities
  • 2 cities remained at the same level
  • The biggest decline was down by 5.9% (Jinzhou)
  • The highest increase was 39.7% (Hefei)
