Sales Prices of Residential Buildings in 70 Medium and Large-sized Cities in March 2016.

I. The Sales Prices of Newly Constructed Commercial Residential Buildings (excluding affordable housing).
 
Compared with the previous month, among 70 medium and large-sized cities, the sales prices of newly constructed commercial residential buildings declined in 8 cities, that of 62 cities increased. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 5.4% (Xiamen), and the lowest was down by 0.7% (Dali). 

​Compared with the same month of last year, the sales prices of newly constructed commercial residential buildings decreased in 29 cities, and that of 40 cities increased, and that of 1 city (Anqing) remained at the same level. For the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 62.5% (Shenzhen), and the lowest was down by 3.8% (Dandong).

​​II. Sales Prices of Second-Hand Residential Buildings
 
Compared with the previous month,the sales prices of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 13 cities, that of 54 cities increased, and that of 3 cities remained at the same level. For the price changes month-on-month, the highest increase was 9.3% (Hefei), and the lowest was down by 0.7% (Urumchi).
 
Compared with the same month of last year,the sales prices of second-hand residential buildings decreased in 23 cities, that of 46 cities increased, and that of 1 city remained at the same level (Hohhot). For the price changes year-on-year, the highest increase was 60.5%  (Shenzhen), the lowest was down by 7.3% (Jinzhou).
