Barry is going to attend the June 26 Seminar: China's Generation Y: Retaining Young Talent as a panelist. This event is organised by BCC (British Chamber of Commerce).

China has undergone major changes since the economic reforms of the 1970s and Generation Y, comprised of those born between 1983 and 1995, are now able to take advantage of relative economic freedom. Meanwhile, retaining the young talent has become a real challenge for some companies as Gen Y have been associated with globalization and tagged as individualistic.

In this seminar, a dynamic group of HR professionals and MNC decision makers in South China will share with the participators invaluable findings about the needs ,attitudes and aspirations of Gen Y and how to attract, recruit, motivate and retain young talent in China.
